Greenroad is dedicated to delivering reports to film producers and content owners every 45 days during the distribution process. These reports will detail
the income generated during that specific timeframe and provide informationabout the current streaming platforms where the titles are being accessed.

Greenroad requires filmmakers to have a minimum resolution of 1920 x1080p and up to 4k resolutio.n with a viewable video file formats.

Several criteria are evaluated to ensure that the film meets the required standards of quality before its release. These criteria include:
1. Technical Specifications: The movie must adhere to specific technical requirements, including resolution, aspect ratio, frame rate, and audio
formats. These specifications guarantee compatibility across various devices and platforms.
2. Visual and Audio Issues: It is crucial to watch out for and avoid issues such as pixelation, artifacts, color grading inconsistencies,
synchronization problems between audio and video, poor video/audio transitions, duplicate frames, audio freezes, and overall lack of clarity.
3. Editing: The overall editing of the movie is carefully assessed during the QC process to ensure a cohesive and seamless viewing experience.
4. Acting Performance: Assessing the acting performance of actors during quality control (QC) for films is important for several reasons: Audience
Engagement, Artistic Integrity, Quality Standards, Marketability and Success, Consistency and Continuity.
5. Feature Known Celebrities: To generate audience interest, it is highly recommended to include at least two or more well-known figures in the
movie, as this tends to captivate viewers.
6. Subtitles and Closed Captions: If the movie includes subtitles or closed captions, the QC process verifies that they are accurate, properly timed,
and synchronized with the dialogue or audio. It is important to avoid using burned-in subtitles, and instead, ensure that all captions are
provided in the SRT format.
7. Content Accuracy and Compliance: The movie’s content is thoroughly reviewed to confirm that it aligns with specific content guidelines and
regulatory requirements.
8. Legal and Copyright Considerations: During QC, it is essential to ensure that the movie does not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, or
intellectual property rights.
9. Metadata and Packaging: The movie’s metadata, which includes details such as the title, synopsis, and cast information, is carefully reviewed to
ensure accuracy and relevance.
STEP 1:
In order to provide you with our company content owners’ proposal document, we kindly request your email address. This document is
designed to address any inquiries you may have. If you find it satisfactory, we will proceed to the next stage.
STEP 2:
Please submit a preview copy of the movie, including the trailer, for the initial quality control (QC) process with Greenroad Nigeria Limited. We
recommend providing a screener link to streamline the process and save time and cost for our producers. Alternatively, you may send a
preview copy on a hard drive or flash drive, which can be sent via dispatch.
STEP 3:
Upon successful completion of our QC process, the producer/content owner must provide the master copy of the film, trailer, poster,
metadata, and any additional materials deemed essential for marketing the films. These materials should be delivered on a hard drive or flash
drive to our office address, conveniently located at the top right of our letterhead.
STEP 4:
Greenroad Company will undertake the necessary preparations for the movie to ensure it meets specific standards, including re-editing,
captioning, dubbing, creating a poster, and pitching. Typically, this process requires a timeframe of approximately three weeks.
STEP 5 FINAL:
We will present and submit your film/films to our digital streaming partners, where they will undergo a thorough final quality control (QC)
process. If they successfully pass the QC, we are prepared to move forward with our business agreement. Upon approval, we will sign a
minimum 2-years contract to digitally distribute your films.
1. If you hold the rights to the film or are the producer, kindly submit the agreement you have with the film owner or provide the copyright
documentation (mandatory).
2. Please provide a mandatory list of the entities to which you have sold the rights of your movie or to whom you have distributed it.
3. Provide (2) different covers (posters) portrait and landscape.1920*1080 | 1400*2100 | (Mandatory)
Note: The design should be done with the minimum text on it, preferably with only the film name.
4. Synopsis of the film. (Long and Short) (Mandatory).
5. Specify the genre and submit the script along with the film (Mandatory).
6. Appropriate Audience [optional].
7. The film trailer (Mandatory).
8. Film owner’s email and passport photo (Mandatory).
9. Casting and crew information (Mandatory).
10. Provide master copy of the movie (Mandatory).
11. Provide music info used in the movie (background music) as it helps with the caption (Mandatory).
12. Close Caption in SRT/VTT format.
13. EPK includes awards won by the movie, Pictures from set focusing on director, major cast, crew and some of the scenes, all for marketing
purposes (optional).
